Michelle Latimer is a Canadian actress, director, writer, and filmmaker. She was the co-creator (alongside Tony Elliott) of Trickster, wherein she was also the director of the first season.[1] In December 2020, Latimer announced resignation from the series following questions of her claimed indigenous status.[2]
She graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree in theatre performance from Montréal's Concordia University in 1997. She played the role as Trish Simkin in the television series Paradise Falls. Latimer has directed several documentaries, including her 2014 short The Underground at the Toronto International Film Festival, and her feature film directorial debut, Alias.
