The Trickster trilogy is a series of coming-of-age novels written by Eden Robinson. The books are, in order of release, Son of a Trickster, Trickster Drift, and Return of the Trickster. The novels revolve around a teenage boy wandering through the complications of a broken family, social pressure, drugs, alcohol and poverty as he discovers a Haisla trickster in his life.
Son of a Trickster was released in 2017, and Trickster Drift was released in 2018. The third book, Return of the Trickster, is expected to be release on March 2, 2021.[1]
The first season of television adaptation, Trickster, is based on Son of a Trickster.[2]
